Create project

Projects own keys, destinations, and routes. Destinations are never shared across orgs/swarms by default.

API keys

Format spc_live_…. Store as SPANPORT_API_KEY. Send Authorization: Bearer … or x-spanport-api-key. Secret shown once at mint — only the prefix is listed after.

Add destination

BYO Langfuse / Phoenix / Braintrust / generic OTLP. Secrets are sealed with SPANPORT_VAULT_MASTER_KEY — existing values are never shown.

Destination credentials

Rotate or clear vaulted auth. The form never loads the current secret — leave blank fields alone.

Set route (swarm match)

Match on swarm.id (and optionally agent/handoff attrs). Fan-out = comma-separated destination ids.

Swarm sightings

Lightweight swarm.id ids from routes, usage, and handoffs (not full mesh UI).

No swarm ids yet — send OTLP with swarm.id.

Handoff edges

Correlated handoff.id edges (shared correlation, split payloads).

No handoffs yet — emit handoff.id on swarm↔swarm spans.
